Advanced Light Microscopy and Nanoscopy Platform

Current advances in fluorescent microscopy now enables researchers to investigate and visualize protein complexes down to nanometer resolution. These high-resolution techniques generate a high number of complex data volumes.
The Advanced Light Microscopy and Nanoscopy platform provides scientists with an online workflow that enables them to reproducibly manage as well as store their microscopy data.

The "Advanced Light Microscopy" module, "Antibody catalogue" and "Mouse catagloue", are seamlessly integrated and allow for data sharing.

The Advanced Light Microscopy and Nanoscopy platform was the product of a collaborative effort between the INF and S02 projects, belonging to the Collaborative Research Center 1002 funded by Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft in Germany.
